Marketing Championship Series Update & Analysis

We have gone through numberous tasks and the last task will take place January 7. On January 9, the MCS Poll will be finalized and the Bowl Selection committee will announce who will be competing in the 4 MCS Bowls, and the National Championship. This project has been a success, with interesting results. With the complicated statistical formula the computer generates, the top 5 is interesting. Thomas Yeater is #1 and the MCS Computer had him during the preseason at #6 but he took marketing 2 years ago so its no surprise he is like Oklahoma, killing the competition in every task. Andre Boyd has been the biggest surprise this year at #2, when the computers had him at #27 in the preseason (so I guess you can say he is like the Boise State/Utah of the season). Patrice Crayton is at #3, she preseasoned at #4, no big surprise, she is like Alabama, competes hard every time. Denice Bautista is at #4, preseasoned at #18, he is like Florida, almost unstoppable at times. Finally, Tevin Jones is at #5, preseasoned at #20. Another 2nd year marketing student, he is like USC, lost a huge task in the middle of the season, but stormed back to get back in the top 5. The Top 5 will be invited to compete in the National Championship. Other Top 25 students will be invited to one of the 4 MCS Bowls, which are :

The NASDAQ Bowl
The Dow Jones Bowl
The S&P 500 Bowl
The Nikkei Bowl
