The SuperBowl Is Tonight

Yes, I am back in blogland.  Please excuse my long absence from my blog, we at Park View DECA have been too busy winning (I get more arrogant with every 1st place Park View gets).   Now, the Super Bowl is tonight!!!  No, not the one we will see the Redskins in at the end of this season, but the one tonight on CNN.  YouTube debate on CNN with the Republican presidential candidates.  I was a proud card-carrying member of the College Republicans for 4 years in college.  People are shocked to find out just how Republican I am (voted for Bush twice, Earley and Kilgore for governor in '01 and '05).   However,  I have become disappointed with the progress of the party as of late. I have become disappointed so bad, that if Mark Warner had run for President, I would have voted for him over ANY Republican in the world because his policy matches mine.  Even now I am reading to boast the Obama for President sign on my yard.  So tonight, the Republican party has to prove to me tonight that they are growing with the times and are the best solution for an economic rebound.  Also, I am eager to see tonight who will be the first one to break Ronald Reagan's 11th commandment "Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican."  My money is on Rudy Guiliani.  My pick to win the ticket is Mitt Romney.  I am a Romney fan because he comes from business, and plus a Republican to become governor in a blue state like Mass. has to be moderate enough to appeal to the entire country just like Mark Warner (and I'd put Mike Easley in this too) was moderate enough to appeal to a dead red state like Virginia (hasn't voted for a Democratic candidate since Johnson in 1964).  If you were interested enough to read all of this, you should tell by now that I am a political nerd but what can I say, politics is the greatest thing on the planet!
